Hello parents,
My name is Nichole pierce and let’s just start by saying it is so nice to meet you all. I know my profile says I live in Wray Colorado but I am relocating to goodland Kansas as soon as my husband and I close on our home. I have a college degree in early childhood development, this has afforded me the opportunity to work with many children, from infants to toddlers, to young adults, I also have experience work with children with developmental disabilities. I believe in a very structured day full of activities that fuel the brain, I promote imagination and play that helps your child learn. I don’t like to sit the child in-front of the tv to keep them busy, everything must be engaging. But I also do think that some days it is nice to sit and relax and watch a movie. Arts and crafts. The great thing is that I saved all of my lesson plans from when I was doing preschool so I have alot of amazing fun and engaging activities, full of adventure and imagination. I also am CPR certified and first aid certified, I have also been a CNA for 10 years. I hope that I get to meet you!
