My name is Molly and I'm originally from New Jersey. I'm currently taking a break from my studies of Biological Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech and would love to get back into childcare. I grew up babysitting for family, friends, and neighbors, as well as being a camp counselor. It has always been a joy help children grow and develop, while simultaneously giving parents a well deserved break. One of my favorite classes at Virginia Tech was running an afterschool program at a local elementary school to help teach kids about the environment. In addition, I was a Resident Advisor at Virginia Tech, which gave me even more skills that would benefit me in a childcare role. I'm very good at mediation, de-escalation, and crisis management. While I am currently working at Target, I found that I would be happier in a more fulfilling occupation.
