Though I am only a senior in high school, I have a lot of experience in taking care of youth. I have three younger nieces and a nephew, who I love to watch whenever I can. On top of that experience, I am also very active in my local 4H, where I am the president of many clubs. I must interact and grow the youth who are younger than me. I love to guide and grow them in the right direction. With 4H, I have +10 years of taking care of animals. While child care is not the same as animal care, there are similarities. Being able to take care of animals has led me to be very responsible and to be able to multitask very well. I also must be able to take care of a creature who can’t speak for themselves, and therefore I always want what’s best for them.
