I worked at the YMCA with the childcare program for almost 10 years before finally graduating college and getting a new job. I did work there throughout high school and college though. I worked there from age 16 - 23. I also have 3 younger siblings, 2 of which have special needs and autism. I use to nanny two boys when I was in college as well so I do have experience not only in bigger settings (YMCA) but also one on one with children. Please let me know any questions you might have!
