I received the opportunity to keep a 3-month-old. I have kept her ever since she is now 3 years old. Babysitting her has taught me many things about responsibility. I engaged in new activities including, reading, new schedules, playing, and more. I changed diapers, dressed children, and assisted with snacks, drinks, and meals. I also kept the play area safe and free from hazards while monitoring the child consistently. The main takeaways from this job have been that I have learned time management, having an impact on others, and dedication.
I babysat a 5-year-old and a 9-year-old during the summer 5 days a week. We engaged in trips to the pool, games, and many activities over the summer. I also was responsible for 2 meals during the day. I generally kept 3 kids ages 2-9 most days.
