Hi! My name is Kathleen Barahona. I’m 22 years old but very experienced. I knew I was passionate about working with children back in 2017 when I started working at the YMCA’s after school program in schools in Union Nj. That summer I also worked summer camp and have been working with kids since. My most recent job was working as a nanny for a sweet and loving family of a 3 year old girl. Being a caregiver isn’t for everyone. It takes patience, responsibility, compassion, understanding, and love which are all qualities that I acquire. I also worked at a daycare which was also a school as an assistant teacher so Im knowledgeable about how to help the younger children reach their milestones. Being a caregiver is a gift. I hope to be able to find a loving and sweet family that I can become a part of. Nothing is better than being a caregiver with parents that treat us like family and not just someone who works for them :) Looking forward to being in contact.
