Profile Hello, my name is Jessica, I turn 21 in May. Children have been my passion for a long time. I planned on going to school to be an elementary school teacher however due to Covid my plans didn’t work out as I hoped. I worked with Bricks for Kidz an afterschool and summer care program for almost 2 years throughout and right after highschool. I took a teaching and training class to learn early childhood development. I have plenty of experience working with kids from one on one and in big classrooms. I took CPR training classes every two years to keep my skills up. I took a babysitting and first aid training course when I first started. I am patient, very kind and understanding, as well as I have my own vehicle and home with no accidents or criminal record. I love children and animals so pets is absolutely no issue. I am able to take care of new borns all the way until they are able to care for themselves. 2 years old to 12 years old is my speciality. As I have worked in helping tutor young children I am able to help with homework and any basic necessities. I don’t mind taking children to events, to the park/store, get them out of the house, etc. I don’t mind cleaning and helping around the house with laundry, serving food, etc.
I have an advanced honors diploma from Shadow Ridge High School. I worked with a large number of children 5 days a week for 10 hour days the entire summer of 2019.
