As a speech and debate coach, teaching assistant, resident assistant, and respite care worker I would LOVE to help support children and families. When I worked in respite care, working with children gave me a much higher purpose. When I had to leave that job due to personal health concerns, I CRIED during my exit interview. I really crave this kind of work and can not only babysit but also adopt your child's energy (meaning, yes I'm 23 but I know how to turn myself into a kid again). Very relatable and will treat your child with the respect I would treat any of my peers.
