Growing up I always took care of my little cousins and sometimes I had to take care of them for 4 months while their mom (my aunt) was away in the hospital with my cousin who was diagnosed with cancer. It wasn’t always easy but I loved spending time with them. I made no money doing this and it was a great opportunity to gain more patience with children.
