I have experienced caring for my little cousin who is also my God daughter. My cousin had her right before her senior year, and I was there to help. I used to have her like she was my own. When she was an infant, I change diapers, feed and burp her, wash her and put her down for naps. When she turned 1, I potty train her, taught her ABC's, and as she got older and older, I kept teaching her things she needed to know. When she started school, I helped her with homework and when her mom works, I kept her. They stay with me, so I was a big help, even to this day. Only thing is now I moved here to Florida so they both or just my god daughter will visit a lot. I have experienced doing home health care as well and I love children and helping others so I feel I would be perfect for this position.
