I have taken care of 6 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, feeding, diapering, planning activities. As well as maintaining a safe, and happy environment. Communicating with children’s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Keeping records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered. Support children’s emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts. Instruct children in health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet habits. Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Read to children and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs. As well as worked in a center type setting working with ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. I currently am a director of a preschool center. Looking to get back to being a caregiver.
