I was a volunteer kindergarten assistant at Pinkston Street Elementary school and I absolutely loved it! It was a great experience to work around younger kids and see how they interacted with each other. I am currently enrolled in school at the university of North Carolina at Charlotte and pursuing a degree in psychology majoring in sociology! This job would give me the first step into my future career path to give me more experience to grow and step out of my comfort zone. My co-workers and friends would describe me as responsible and very open-minded. I utilize this in my everyday life by being able to connect openly with all kinds of people. I make a great caregiver because I would provide the love and care that the child would need when their parents aren’t around. I would make the environment fun for them and give them a learning experience when it comes to bonding with another person.
