Hello Parents! We’re Jennifer’s Joyful Journeys and we're a home daycare providing childcare to families. Our goal is to ensure children reach their developmental milestones in a nurturing and compassionate environment. We focus on a variety of Faith-based and Developmental Play-based activities to offer a diverse education which fosters a love of learning. We offer programs for a wide variety of ages from 0 months to 12 years. At our daycare, we provide a culturally diverse learning environment by offering programs in Spanish.
We are currently enrolling families that need care during evenings and overnights. We also offer a parent date night service and Saturday Camp, which allows parents time for themselves while their kids are in good hands and having fun! We look forward to hearing from you! With my professional experience and certifications in First Aid, CPR, Early Childhood Education, and nursing assistance, I'm highly accomplished in teaching both educational and intentional play activities designed to develop children's' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and social skills.
At Jennifer’s Joyful Journeys, our home daycare is designed for fun, discovery, and learning! Our daycare has a gated entrance. Within the space, we have a backyard, a nap room, an art area, and a reading area to create a comfortable environment for all of our activities.
We are located in a quiet Chicago neighborhood just around the corner from a park, an elementary school, and a middle school. Our family-oriented neighborhood has convenient street parking and accessible freeways.
