my resume, I am currently working as a residential counselor at Sheltering Arms Children & Family Services and have been
working with young adults for about 9 years.
My experience as a residential counselor and my many years of working with young adults has taught me how to thrive in a hectic
environment, while remaining calm and rational, with the proficiency of problem-solving, as my day to day duties are never the
same.
I believe working as a Youth Development Specialist at ACS will be a great opportunity to contribute my communication skills while
building upon my experience with youths. I am dedicated and passionate about helping and supporting vulnerable young people
through their journey to elevate their lives.
