I've been a caregiver for one year, but I've learned so much on the job! I've been able to learn about helping children maintain cool and calm emotions when they are feeling overwhelmed and preparing meals that children enjoy eating. I decided to take a CPR training course while still in high school because I wanted to make sure that I was prepared and ready for a situation that required immediate action for cardiac arrest or choking.
