I have been caring for my 7 nieces and nephews since I was 16. Sometimes I would watch one and other times all 7. Their ages range from 8 months to 10 years old. My youngest niece developed hydrocephalus from her formula, I recognized she was having seizures and immediately rushed her to the hospital. In that moment, I appreciated my medical background more than ever.
I also have plenty of experience with pets! Anywhere from dogs to bunnies to horses. I am happy to help with homework, chores and fun activities to keep kids entertained.
I went to Basis Tucson North, where I was learning to speak Latin from a young age. I believe that children should be encouraged to love school from a young age while still having the ability to enjoy being a kid.
I received my cpr certification in my middle school years, it was a requirement in order to volunteer at Banner hospital. I volunteered at the hospital until I was able to complete my EMT certification through Pima Community College. I finished and accrued experience in the field until COVID hit, then I was forced to stop since I was living with my very susceptible parents at the time.
