I am a college student majoring in criminology. My sister had a child at a young age , and I would help her out when she had work. I feel like I could say I helped raise my niece. After being with my niece every day, it made me fall in love with children. Children are so unique and funny, and it makes my heart feel pure. With this experience, I was able to gain patience and communication skills. With taking care of my niece and seeing her sad without her mom, i tried my best to show her love and treat her as my own, as that is my goal to treat every kid as a friend and a trusting adult that they can come to for warmth and love.
