To Whom It May Concern:
I am currently not in college, but I plan on going back soon. I currently am a child care provider with all ages. Working at a daycare has taught me many things such as patience, social skills, organization and planning skills. I feel as if I have gained the trust of many kids and am a role model to the young. I think of myself as a cheerful, easy going, understanding and mature person.
I have been in many activities when I was in high school that have helped me become the person I am. In the vast majority of my activities, I have been in a leadership position. I have been a class officer and also in many sports, such as softball, basketball, and track. In sports, I have been the oldest player or one of the oldest players the last couple years, which forces me to help others with the activity. I enjoy helping other people and watching them grow into having confidence in themselves. It has also helped me learn to become more of a people person and a team player. I enjoy helping my teammates and giving them advice. I’ve learned that there is no “I” in a team and that we cannot achieve our goals without being a team. I believe that all of my activities have helped me become a more understanding and more tolerant person. I have wonderful friends and family from all different backgrounds and activities. I would not be the person I am today without being involved in these activities. Because of my involvement, I am a well-rounded person.
These activities have given me a lot of skills and confidence in my abilities. Thank you for taking the time to look at my qualifications. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Madison Zvolanek
