I have been an employee for the City of Tempe in the Kid Zone Enrichment Program for 4 years. I was the Program manager for my before and after school site. In this position I designed & incorporated new activities, collaborated & communicated efficiently and effectively with parents, and oversaw safety procedures and policies. I also helped tutor the children and help them during their homework club time.
