I have been in child care for over 6 years. I started out early in age becoming interested in working with children and took a baby sitting class when I was 13 years old and got my CPR certification and First Aid back then and now have updated certifications this year of 2023 at 20 years old! I have always loved working with children of all ages. I have a lot of experience and am confident in myself while caring for children. I am currently a preschool teacher at the child development center at Sheppard AFB. I have worked with ages from infants up to 15 years old. I was once an infant caregiver for a year and then floated around to age groups of one year olds two year olds, and then now in Preschool working with three, four, and five year olds and love it! I get along great with parents and always like to keep them updated and am always open. I have my CPR Certification, First Aid, Food Handlers, and AED as of 2023! I am used to working with 12 preschool children at a time by myself. I worked with 4 infants at a time. I do lesson plans for preschoolers in order to have a plan of what skills I will go over with them and making sure they are learning every day. I have worked with special needs children and have an autistic cousin of my own. I am great with children of all kind!
