Hello! My name is Emily, and I have been working in childcare for over seven years. I have 3 years of summer nanny experience, and I started volunteering in church nurseries at age thirteen. Since then, I have worked with a clientele of 30+ families with children from infancy to age 14. I am passionate about growing family relationships and nurturing the gifts of each child through encouragement and play. I have worked with families of various faith backgrounds, and would note that I am happy to role model and nurture faith development in Christian households and/or respect and learn from the practices of other faiths/worldviews in the lives of each family. I am eager to work with parents to provide a safe and positive environment that encourages their family values in the day-to-day activities as a nanny.
More about me! I am currently studying social work and religion at Baylor University. My hobbies include cooking, singing, and exploring in nature. You can find me at the park or hosting game nights on my days off, and I will never say no to coffee and conversation.
