Hi, My name is Chaiyia and I am a recent college graduate who is passionate about working with kids. I am also passionate about the arts, theatre, music, dance, and singing/songwriting, and I love to teach through these mediums.
I have years of experience working with children and youth from infancy through middle school ages. My work experience includes camp counselor/mentor, nanny/sitter, and working with toddlers at a preschool. In my various caregiver roles, I consistently provided essential caregiving functions, and have successfully assisted in organizing, supervising, and cleaning up curriculum activities that stimulate children’s curiosity and abilities.
Additionally, I am committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment for children, ensuring their well-being, and fostering a positive atmosphere where they are able to thrive. My experience has instilled in me the importance of responsive and need based caregiving, and I am dedicated to practicing this approach in all aspects of daily care.
