I have been working with children since I was 17 years old and have loved it ever since. I started coaching little league softball and was involved with that for 6 years. I have also been babysitting my nieces and nephews for 11 years, all of who have varying levels of care needs. I tutored at a learning center for 6 years. I have one year of work experience with special needs adults in respite care and have worked for an after school program with kindergarten students. I am flexible and kind but I am also able to set boundaries when it comes to rules.
