Childcare Availability

I’m 19, and I have freshly graduated from high school last summer. I love kids as well as pets! I’m a quick learner and I’m patient when it comes to growing and learning. I love being able to help people when I can! When I was in school I was always participating in festivals for the kids. I would paint faces, and do fun activities ranging from fairy necklaces to creating your own swords and shields. The kids always had a blast and so did I! It’s always so much fun to be around kids, and I can’t wait to get to know more about your little ones! I’m available pretty much whenever!

Hi im Jenny, i am 23 years old and recently graduated in the medical field, I recently worked at a pediatrician I absolutely loved it. After high school i would babysit for close freinds, family members as well, on my freetime I would volunteer at Elementary schools and help out with kids activities.i work best with babys from 0-18 months.I like to raise them, teach them and love them as if they were my own. Im looking for a babysitting job either random days or scheduled. I’m 21 years old. I love arts and crafts. And have been babysitting since I was 14 for neighbors friends and family. I graduated high school and want to put myself through phlebotomy classes! I’ve been working retail since I was 16 and want to help families make things just a little bit easier with their day to day tasks and jobs. Im flexible with prices and very understanding. Im a compassionate, loving, go with the flow woman who adores children, yet can be firm at times if required. I have one child of my own age who is 6. I enjoy dance, outdoors, healthy foods, reading and so on! Interactive choices and empowering others to be confident in their own freewill while still being respectful and honoring of those around them is key. I love the opportunity to get messy, loud and energetic with children… and we clean up afterward, knowing that we had a good, full day.

Also, I’m currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Tyler and working towards my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies - Early Childhood - Grade 6. I graduate Fall of 2022! Currently preparing to take 2 out of 3 exams to become certified. I also work as a Pharmacy Technician in Jacksonville Tx.

I have 4 years of experience from age 11-15 working with children aging a few months to 11years old and have a love for children.
As a teenager I frequently spent time with my friend's family and part of spending time with my friend often included some babysitting for their younger children ages infant/toddler to 11 by the time the family moved away.

I am 25 years old both covid shots (booster soon), have my drivers license, and I live in St. Charles.
As far as childcare:
I know how to change a diaper and bottle feed, do laundry, how to get picky toddlers to get dressed or eat.
How to to distract to diffuse a tantrum.
How to soothe and manage a tantrum gently, and work towards emotional regulation.
I know how to entertain and play with children and how to calm disputes between siblings.
I can teach ABC's and 123's and appropriate age songs and rhymes.
I know how to put children to bed/naps, read to them, tell stories, as well as sing, and get them up and ready for school as well.
I can rock children and give baths, and provide teeth brushing and hair combing as well.
I can help a little with elementary age homework.
I know how to cook and clean.
I can take children to the park.
I am friendly, fun, disciplined, and responsible, I am naturally maternal, and good under pressure.
I don't mind pets and can care for dogs, cats, rodents, rabbits, and fish.
