nanny/ babysitter for 3 kids ages 9,4,3

I am a dog groomer and my bf and I are looking for someone to watch my 3 kids two girls 9 and 4 and my son 3 my oldest and youngest are on the high end of the spectrum and my oldest has ADHD and we are looking for someone that can start by helping my grandparents with the kids manly on Saturdays afternoon to evenings and possibly Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings while we are at work and after the kids are out of school possibly more time in the
