looking for Child care for a disabled child

My son will be 3 in April. He had a rough start being born at 7 months premature and requiring a trach for the first 2 years if his life. He recently had his trach removed and was released from his pediatric facility CHOC. Currently he has a g tube which is how he eats. he does not fully eat orally yet but we are working on it. I'm looking for someone who can care for my baby while I work during the day.
