Is this platform reliable?

I contacted a few childcare’s using this platform, booked a tour successfully, but then I was ghosted when I physically went to the care center. Is there any way I can ensure the reliability of the daycares on this platform? It is frustrating that I spent my day driving around the city only to find the day care center didn’t take their tours seriously. How could I trust the care centers if they are not responsive at the first encounters?

I am very sorry you experienced that if you do not receive a response from a provider do not go to the program. Perhaps that needs to be explained on the platform. Those are availability days not confirmations that you can come for a tour unless the provider confirms your date and time for the visit. Once again I am very sorry you experienced this. 0 Likes
