I can't handle the Ferber method!

My 8 month old wakes up every 2-3 hours and it’s making me insane. Has anyone else failed at the Ferber method? I don’t know what to do.

One thing that worked for me was staying with my son at bedtime and then only using the Ferber method for wakeups during the night. You could try that!

Have you read Babywise? I couldn’t handle the Ferber method either. Hearing my little girl crying was so hard. It’s seriously the best book for this. Worked wonders for all four of my kiddos!

I failed completely with my first child, but it seems to work wonders on my second child. I think it depends on their personalities!
