I am looking for a babysitter or daycare in Traverse City, MI

I have a 1.5 month old and I am heading back to work I only need someone for Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11am to 7:30pm. My sister is also in need of someone for her 3 kids they are 5, 4, and 3 years of age her schedule changes weekly.
