How to invest in a daycare

Hello! I am in the business of providing healthcare not childcare, but find our community sorely lacking in childcare such that I may not be able to do my job. I am not an employer but would love resources from people here and wee care on how my husband and I could help someone local start a daycare using wee care. I don't have anyone in mind to start said daycare, but feel compelled to help invest in this for our community. Anyone have any ideas or resources or a particularly way to contact wee care about this?
