With over a decade of global experience in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s Degree in Education, and formal ECE certification from the U.S., Ms. Kaur brings wisdom, warmth, and innovation to our learning environment.

She’s worked with leading international education brands, traveled through India, Italy, France, and the Czech Republic to adopt world-class practices, and now integrates Montessori and Illume methodologies into everything we do.

Under her leadership, Illume Kids Academy isn’t just a daycare — it’s a space where children thrive, explore, and grow with confidence.
