Child care needed for healthcare worker in Los Angeles

Hi I’m going to be moving to LA in September and have a 3, in September, daughter. I will work in a hospital in DTLA. I work 3 12hr shift per week. The hours(depending on location) would be about 630a-745p that would be 2 days during the week and every other weekend. Schedule varies but would know a month in advance.
