Hi, Taylor and family!

I am seeking a great position with a Colorado Springs family in need of a kind, trustworthy, loving nanny. I can offer flexibility to assist with hectic schedules, years of experience, and a team player attitude. I have provided professional, dependable in-home child care to many families over the course of 13 years, with ages varying from 2 months premature to 9 years old. I have worked with kids in a variety of different settings, with as many as four children in my care. I am CPR and First-Aid Certified. I have attended specialized training on various skills, including environments, activities, and interaction with plans of attending more training sessions in the near future.

I am passionate about children. They bring such joy to my heart and laughter to my face - the feeling is indescribable. It's literally priceless. I melt to pieces when a child beams proudly at me because of their success or a baby falls asleep in my arms. When I have children in my care, I love engaging them with playtime on the floor, music, reading interesting books, doing age-appropriate crafts, enjoying the outdoors, and using our imagination to be creative, explore, and learn. If necessary, I am happy to help with basic household chores and tasks such as cleaning up the kitchen, laundry, meal prep and general tidying up around the home.

So in my eagerness and attempt to hit the ground running sort of speak, I set up my profile as I did, not expecting anything to arise from it so quickly. I am actually moving to Colorado Springs at the end of September. I will be coming up from New Mexico for the weekend on the 23rd, then moving permanently on the 30th.
