9 year old w/ autism needing overnight care

I am a paramedic who works a 48hr shift I am needing childcare during those hours that I am at work. Currently I work Wednesday-Thursday and return home Friday morning. I’m interested in hiring 1 nanny for those two days or 2 Nannie’s to split the shift into AM/PM shifts. Pay is negotiable. my name is Jewel
