Hello! I’m Tanya and I have been employed as a nanny for the past two years with two families. Currently I am working with a family and look after three children (ages7, 4, & 20 months) I have been with this particular family for a year. I homeschool the two older children and also transport them to various extracurricular activities. I have experience making the youngest her own baby food. We go for walks and play on trampoline and have loads of fun! However, their needs have changed and I am looking for a new family to get to know and bond with. I believe in a natural environment for children. I am mild mannered, enthusiastic and love to be silly. I also have two years experience working with children of various ages who have autism. I implemented behavior plans by decreasing maladaptive behavior while increasing socially acceptable behaviors. I took data in all observable behavior to show progress. I have two children of my own ages 12 and 15. I love being a mom and I love my job as a nanny!
