I’ve been working with children for as long as I can remember. I was a mother figure to my siblings for the large majority of our childhood and became quite maternal at a very young age. I’ve been babysitting since I was 14 and have had more serious jobs - nannying for long days - when I was abroad in Europe. I absolutely love being outside and think this is the best environment for childhood development. I am adverse to screen time before middle school and I truly enjoy teaching children about whatever interests them. I am of the belief that whatever fascinates young ones should be nurtured and explored the most! I’ve worked as a cook for many years off an on and have experience in almost every cuisine. I’ve studied the microbiome and nutrition for quite some time. So even if your child is picky I have many ways of hiding minerals and greens and foods they think they don’t like in familiar foods. I am so looking forward to helping care for your wonderful little beings!
