I've been a babysitter for six years. I started watching children at a young age. Therefore my love for kids for ensued when I started watching my little cousins. The love sprouted even more when I started working at a daycare for the first time.
I will: Maintain an updated list of emergency contact information and child's health information to act quickly if emergencies occur.
Assist children with homework assignments and special projects across different subjects.
Play games, work on puzzles, and read books to younger children.
Observe play activities to identify positive behaviors and areas in need of improvement, implementing behavior redirection where appropriate.
Organize different types of activities to enhance physical and intellectual development.
Prepare healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals.
Sanitize dishes, tabletops, toys and frequently touched surfaces to prevent spreading of germs.
Supervise children's homework assignments to verify completion, assist with difficult assignments and support educational goals.
Offer age-appropriate, fun and educational activities for children.
