Profile I've had the pleasure of working with children for the past 6 years and it has been truly a rewarding experience. I love the flexibility that it comes working with children and also the thrill. Everyday is different and no child can always be happy though as a nanny it's our responsibility to allow the child to be able to learn about these emotions and explore them. As a substitute teacher I'm able to be around different ages of children which has allowed me to have experience working with different ranges of ages. I also have experience working with special ed children as an ABA therapist and an instructional support assistant for special ed children
