I have been teaching and caring for children for 12 years. I have experience with children between the ages of six weeks old and 14. I enjoy seeing children of all ages gain self confidence while learning about and exploring the world around them. I have experience assisting teaching and caring for children with varying degrees of autism and at times have worked as a companionship care person for a 16 year old on the extreme autism spectrum and with preschoolers with varying needs on the spectrum. I love going on trips to the zoo, omsi, children's museums, etc. I have taken a number of early childhood education classes over the years and I am able to provide both people professional and personal references.
