I'd like to earn a bachelor's degree in education so that I can pursue my dream of becoming an elementary school teacher. I am currently a lead teacher at a daycare center. During my time there, I worked with children as young as one year old and kids from kindergarten to fifth grade. I've been working at this daycare facility for approximately 4 years now, accumulating a wide range of fresh knowledge and experience as a potential educator. I enjoy developing relationships with my children and their parents, making everyone feel comfortable and free to communicate to/with me at any time.
I've always had a strong desire to work with children, even when I was younger. I used to "play school" with my younger siblings and neighbors. Working in childcare has developed me into a mature, responsible, independent, and respectful young woman. Aside from work, I am adventurous, honest, outgoing, and a bit of a goofball.
