I think kids should be kids, but it's still important that adults foster confidence in early years, and continue to support that throughout childhood, while also teaching kids how to be respectful and polite members of society. I have about 5 years of experience caring for children. This experience ranges from just a couple of hours at a time to overnights and live-in positions.
