I worked as an assistant in an after-school care program for 3 years. I helped children with their homework and taught them how to study for tests and quizzes. I encouraged them to complete their work so we could then play games and do fun activities that they enjoyed. While playing games, I encouraged the children to follow the rules and to play fair.
