Profile I have 2 prior summer experiences with childcare. I was put in sole charge of 12, 14 aged and under, children for 12 hours a day. Some of these children were deeply troubled and expressed emotions more aggressively than others and I was the counselor chosen to deal with such situations and never failed to handle them effectively and proactively. I was also weekly on Sundays watching children during church services.
