Hi, I'm Miasol Yara,
Over the past 14 years, I've been hired by 20+ families to care for babies as young as 6 months (independent sleep transition, eating solids transition, motor development, speech development, nap routines) as well as elementary age and preteen children (Nighttime routines, morning/after school care, tidying, transportation, cooking meals, and special needs). For a similar period, I've also taught music to children ages 4+. I credit much of my responsible nature to being the second eldest in a family of 4 wild, homeschooled kids who I helped care for even in my own childhood by babysitting, cooking, cleaning, assisting with curriculum, and transporting to activities.

My nannying style values patience, keeping consistent boundaries for mental and physical wellbeing, and encouraging creative play (I energetically partake- Some children have kindly referred to me as Mary Poppins!). My passion is to help kids grow healthily and happily, and I have done so for over 75 in my time teaching and providing childcare.
