I've been ain Early childhood care professionally since August of 1990. That's when Nannies across America connected me to a wonderful family in the Berkshire's ( Western CT.) 2 children 2 dog's, single/ divorced mom. I was with them approximately 4 years, and continued my career with the Sybert family 2 years 2 children ( nanny share) Then I became certified in Early childhood education and worked at a daycare as head teacher of the infant and toddler rooms later becoming the director for a short time. In 1998 I connected with an amazing family ( the Gyslings) who had a new set of twins born on the 22 of December. I started caring for them in January and spent seventeen more years growing with the family as they went through a divorce, remarriage and 2 more babies. Totaling 4 children and four dogs. Since then I still keep in touch with all of them. 3 now in college and 2 are in dentistry field. I've worked in another day care and with many families through Wee care nanny agency out of Stamford CT.
Recently I have moved back to WI which is out of area of that agent. Have great references with them as well. The past year since I've been settling in and getting reestablished I've worked the opposite end of the care spectrum with Home in Stead. Looking forward to getting back into early childhood.
