I have a strong background in childcare and caregiving that began in my early teens. From ages 14–18, I assisted in my mother’s in-home daycare, helping care for children before and after school. Growing up alongside a special needs sister and uncle also gave me early hands-on experience with diverse care needs.
I served as a 4-H youth counselor for five years, working with Cloverbuds and participating in youth leadership, and I am a certified 4-H leader. Professionally, I have worked at three different daycare centers over an eight-year span, building experience with children of various ages and developmental stages.
In addition to childcare, I have held a residential care facility administrator license for elderly care in Idaho and maintain CPR and First Aid certification. I am also a parent of three and have helped raise two of my nephews for three years. I previously served as a state-certified foster parent, further strengthening my ability to provide safe, supportive, and structured care.
