I have always enjoyed working with children, starting at age 12 with babysitting, then went to Nanny School after high school and had several different nanny families from 1 year to up to 3 years with the family with one family lived with and traveled with the family. Then with my own two boys did childcare out of my own home. During that time I went to LCC and got my LPN nursing certificate and I have been a full time nurse at a facility near my home. As my youngest is now 16 I miss working with children and would love to again work in the field part time as I continue also my nursing career.
