Even though I am 18, I have many years of experience with being a children caregiver. I have worked 2 years at a summer camp with children from age 6-16. I won the “Best Male Camp Counselor” award, voted by the campers. Prior to working there, I had to go through training. This training earned me my CPR/AED Certification, my Lifeguarding/Water Safety Certification, and, of course, my Praesidium Certification.
My last job before I moved back home was working at Eleanor Kolitz Hebrew Language Academy. I was an after-school caregiver, working with Pre-K through Second Graders. Without me tooting my own horn, the children loved me and I would always look forward to going into work for that reason. I made sure they would do all their homework, prepared them for the next school day, played outside with them, and then just any activity the kids would want to do.
I also have work experience at the Victoria Public Library and Victoria West High School Library.
