I have always loved working with and being around children. My parents opened a child care and preschool center in our home and you could say that young children have always been apart of my life. Over the years, I have found great joy in caring for children and watching as the play, working through a problem, and seeing the light bulb in their head go on as they figure out the solution, and look up beaming with pride. In addition to having over 15 years of working with infants and preschool aged children, I have been a middle school youth leader at my church for the past 7 years, where I am constantly finding myself laughing and looking forward to seeing the kids that I get to walk alongside.
