I've never been a full-time nanny, but I have plenty of experience babysitting up to 8 kids, working in my church nursery for years, and I was a leader for YCC (Youth Climbing Club) where I looked after around 14 kids. My way of helping kids is that I want them to have fun while at the same time teach them how to be respectful and disciplined. I'm all about doing crafts, teaching and being interactive with the kids. One last thing to note is that I am not vaccinated and will not wear a mask, respectfully I just won't do it.
